Our group made it possible to fabricate zero to three-dimentional diamond
nano material by template synthesis method using porous alumina
formed electrochemically and plasma processing.
We have demonstrated that hall array (highly-ordered nano honeycomb
diamond structures) with a pore diameter of several tens of nano-meters
and a pore depth of several hundreds of nano-meters can be fabricated
on diamond surface by oxygen plasma etching using nanoporous alumina as
a mask.
